*This was pretty tough considering I just did bench yesterday at the gym and I'm still getting "back in the gym"soreness.

What is FrogWOD?

FrogWOD is a brainstorm that I had while showering, inspired by various Crossfit manifestations, except I'm going to be doing WODs on off days in my finished room over the garage, or FROG according to the realtor types.

I don't know if I'll make a big deal about it or not, we'll just have to see what happens. All I really want to do is lose some weight, and I am committed to not breaking the chain- I'm going to try to do something exercise-y everyday, and I have an app (Don't Break The Chain) to remind me of this commitment. Since I don't want to/ can't go to the gym every single day, this is my compromise.

 First actual FrogWOD tomorrow!
